Overview

Atascocita High School’s FitCore™ Extreme course brings friendly competition and total body workout to students ages 13+.

This innovative obstacle course features 10 different fitness challenges including cargo net, rope climb, wheel bridge, and warp wall! Each obstacle includes an instructional sign and identifies exercise benefits including agility, upper body strength, lower body strength, balance, coordination, and more.

Users can navigate through the course at their own pace or utilize the built-in timing displaying their overall completion time. A seamless poured-in-place rubber safety surfacing cushions falls, includes arrows to lead users throughout the course and features the Atascocita Eagles logo.
